Chicken Korma is incredible and service was speedy & friendly. Also, very cleanly atmosphere .

Delicious food and friendly service. Ordered veg samosas, goat curry, tikka masala chicken, garlic naan, and mango lassis. Spicy is very spicy but still tasty. Good size portions and deep flavors. Will be going back!

This place is good, not the best Indian food I've ever had but decent. Prices are fair to. But watch out for Mike L. Yelp super stalker!

Best Indian food in San Diego Tandoori chicken cooked to perfection. Love this place.

I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan which were both delicious. Food came out quickly and was fresh. Chicken was cooked perfectly and was not tough at all. I got spicy level 1. Staff is really friendly also. Id definitely come back :)

This is my go to most favorite place to eat in Hillcrest. Food is amazing and staff are friendly. Perfect spot for date night with ambience light. Definitely go back next time!

Amazing great food, friendly staff. Would Highly recommend the Vindaloo with Shrimp. I got a spice level 8 I love spicy food... I think I will try a 10 next time. Very flavorful!

First time ordering from here and wow I've been missing out! I ordered paneer tikka masala and garlic naan. Two go-tos of mine when trying out Indian food for the first time. The paneer was perfect, silky smooth and I enjoy the slightly larger pieces. The curry itself was very good, creamy but not too creamy. Perfect blend of the tomato and cream. I got medium and it definitely was on the medium/spicy side of things which is good for me, but be forewarned! Garlic naan also was fluffy and perfectly seasoned with the garlic/cilantro. Definitely will order again!

Best Tikka Masala we've ever had. Creamy, tangy, tomatoey sauce with so much flavor layered in that my eyes watered when I tasted it. I have grown really distrusting of how much this dish varies place to place. Everyone has their preferences with Indian food, and Tandoori hut nails mine 100%. I joked to my partner that I would eat that Masala gravy if she spit in it. It was basically liquid gold, and I used my naan like a vehicle created to deliver sweet, spicy, tomato gold into my face. The naan was good. Unlike chicken tikka, naan bread tends to be pretty universally good anywhere you go. My partner didn't love the rice, but I thought it was more than okay. She said it was kind of gummy and hard, but I didn't feel the same. It was just standard rice and served its purpose as a nice palate cleanser between bites of delicious tikka masala. The chicken also wasn't dry or overcooked. We didn't order anything else, so unfortunately I can't praise anything else from the restaurant. What I can praise is the $15 price tag in a popular neighborhood, when in Vegas we pay $18 for the same dish in the middle of nowhere. Tandoori Hut was worth every penny.
